Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at Contact Us form under the support tab to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and reasons you want to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.

Full Refund Period:

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days since you receive the product. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Returns requested after 30 days from the receive date will incur a return shipping fee if items are not related quality issue

For purchases not made directly through depow, please contact retailers for refunds.

For quality-related issues:

We provide 2 year warranty for all of EV charging products. This means if the item is NOT damaged in purpose nor by misuse, please feel free to contact us and ask for a replacement or other solution. We are open to discuss and solve the problem in the easiest way possible.
