The Ultimate EV Accessory Experience – Affordable, Stylish, and Top-Notch Quality!
I recently purchased a dé charging cable, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the lightning-fast delivery to the exceptional packaging, everything about dé screams quality. The packaging itself reminded me of the elegance and attention to detail you’d expect from Apple—sleek, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, the included carry bag is not only practical but also incredibly chic.
What truly sets dé apart is their commitment to customer experience. Unlike many other brands in the same space that overcharge for mediocre quality, dé delivers top-notch quality at an affordable price. The purchase experience was seamless, and the real-time updates at every stage of the product’s journey were incredibly reassuring. The punctual delivery only added to the fantastic impression.
This is not just a product; it’s an experience. The quality is best in class, and the cable is a must-have for any EV owner. I couldn’t be happier with my choice—dé has truly raised the bar in the EV accessories market. Highly recommended!
Electric car charging cable
I took this charging cable supplied by the dé as a spare socket.
It has the advantage of having a German or Schuko plug, so it can be used anywhere.
When I'm traveling and I need to recharge my car, I can insert the spare cable in any place equipped with a common electrical outlet.
I really appreciate the total length of the cable, with 6 meters I have a good distance and if necessary I can use an electric extension cord.
It comes with a waterproof bag that allows for great storage. Maximum power 3.7 KW at 16 A.
Convenient, practical, adequate price so I am really happy with this charging cable.
Good price works well
It is an electric car charger for standard Schuko plug and CCS/Type-2 car socket. Monophasic and selectable from 6 to 16A in fixed sections (6/8/10/13/16) by pressing the touch button on the screen. The selection is useful for those cars that do not allow limiting the load intensity from the car itself. It also has a timer, that is, setting a countdown timer for up to 8 hours after which the load is cut off. What it doesn't allow is to select charging time slots, for example from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. That would have to be done with a separate programmer. The device heats up a little to 16A, in fact, it is not very recommended to plug in to 16A for many hours, since most schuko (household power plug) installations are not dimensioned with a cable with enough section to hold that charge for many hours, by this I mean the domestic installation, not this charger. If you know where you plug it in, that is, you know that the installation holds up, then there will be no problem setting it to 16A. The screen provides basic and useful information: - Current load intensity and power - Selected maximum intensity - Energy supplied in kWh - Session time - Icons about the ground connection, etc... Otherwise, the product is highly recommended and comes with everything and more: - Textile cover to store it - 3 different bags for accessories and the cable - A plastic handle to carry it rolled up - A microfiber cloth to clean it - A plastic holder with its hardware to install it on the wall and hold the charger - User manual

Everything you need to know about getting started, charging, app and support.
Please follow this order:
1. Connect → Configure Settings
• Plug the charger into a power source.
• Set the current and, if necessary, the start time
2. Connect the vehicle
• Plug the Type 2 plug into your vehicle's charging port.
3. Stop Charging
• First, disconnect the Type 2 plug from the vehicle.
• Next, disconnect the charging station from the power source.
Ensure proper grounding, or — if necessary and permitted — use the grounding-free mode as described in the user manual.
Common causes:
• The vehicle's onboard charger limits the maximum AC power (e.g., to 3.7 kW or 11 kW).
• Mains voltage fluctuations or voltage drops in the home's electrical system.
• Limitations due to fuses or cable cross-sections.
A power difference of about 0.5–1 kW between the rated power and the actual power is often normal.
A simplified formula for the charging time is:
Charging time (hours) ≈ Battery capacity (kWh) × (1 − current SoC in %) ÷ Charging power (kW)
Example:
• Battery capacity: 44.9 kWh
• Desired charge level: from 20% to 100% → 80% recharge
• Charging power: 11 kW
Charging time ≈ 44.9 kWh × 0.8 ÷ 11 kW ≈ 3.26 hours.
The display on the charging station typically refers to the phase voltage (230 V) and not to the line-to-line voltage between two phases (400 V). During three-phase charging, the total power is drawn across all three phases, which is reflected in the displayed power (kW) and, if applicable, a three-phase indicator (e.g., “●3”).
