We offer a 10-year warranty that covers non-human-induced battery failures, and you
get lifetime customer and technical support.
The battery uses A-grade cells from REPT, with a lifespan of 6000 cycles at 80% DOD. If not in use, charge and discharge it at least once every 3 months to maintain longevity.
The battery is compatible with mainstream inverters that support CAN and RS485
protocols, including PHYLON, LUXPOWER, Sol-Ark, DEYE,GROWATT, VICTRON, SOLIS,
MUST, INVT, SUNGROW, GOODWE, SOFAR, SOROTEC, SCHHNEIDER, SENERGY, SMA,
MEGAREVO, TBB, AISIWEI, HOYMILES, SRNE, SCHNEIDER, EPEVEER, and PACE.
It includes a smart built-in 100A BMS, pre-charging circuit, and a 63A 2P circuit breaker for protection.
If the battery gets too hot, disconnect the power and let it cool down. Make sure there is
good ventilation around the battery.
Ensure Wi-Fi is on, then reset the “press to pair” option in the app settings. The app
should reconnect automatically
Disconnect the power immediately and do not open the battery. Contact support if the
issue persists.
If you encounter issues with the battery or exposed copper wires, do not touch due to
high voltage risks. For any other issues, please contact support@depow.com
