How to Download the App

Current versions of dé AC chargers support app control. You can use either Tuya Smart or Smart Life. To download an app, scan the QR code in your charger manual or search for “tuya smart” in Google Play or the App Store.

If you are unsure whether your charger has app control, first check which dé chargers support app control.

Choose an app

Both of the following apps can be used with current versions of dé AC chargers:

• Tuya Smart
• Smart Life

Download Tuya Smart using the QR code

1. Find the app download section in your charger manual.
2. Open the camera or QR code scanner on your phone.
3. Scan the QR code marked Android if you use an Android phone, or the code marked iOS if you use an iPhone.
4. Check that the link opens Google Play or the App Store and shows Tuya Smart.
5. Select Install or Get.

Download the app without scanning a QR code

On an Android phone

1. Open Google Play.
2. Search for tuya smart.
3. Open the Tuya Smart app listing.
4. Select Install.
5. Wait until the app appears on your phone.

On an iPhone

1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for tuya smart.
3. Open the Tuya Smart app listing.
4. Select Get.
5. Wait until the app appears on your iPhone.

Note: If you cannot find the app or are unsure which result to install, use the QR code in your charger manual. If the problem continues, contact dé Customer Support and provide your phone system and country or region.

What to do after downloading the app

When the app appears on your phone, the download is complete. Next, follow how to install and set up the app to register your account and complete the initial setup.
