How to Set the Charging Timer in the App

To set the charging timer in the app, open your added charger, find Schedule, turn on the Schedule switch and select the start and end times. Set the timer before plugging the Type 2 connector into the vehicle.

Important: The user manuals state that settings cannot be changed after the Type 2 connector has been plugged into the vehicle's charging port.

Open the Schedule settings

1. Open Tuya Smart or Smart Life.
2. Select the charger that you have already added.
3. Find the section marked Schedule on the charger control page.
4. Select the switch beside Schedule to turn it on.

Select the start time

1. Select Start Time.
2. Move the hour and minute selectors until the required start time is shown.
3. Select OK to confirm the displayed time.

Select Cancel if you do not want to use the time currently displayed in the selector.

Select the end time

1. Select End Time.
2. Move the hour and minute selectors until the required end time is shown.
3. Select OK to confirm the displayed time.

Note: Times shown in the image are examples only. Select the times required for your own charging schedule.

Check the displayed times

Return to the Schedule section and check that your selected times are shown beside Start Time and End Time. Also check that the Schedule switch is turned on.

If you cannot change the timer

• Check that you opened the correct charger in the app.
• Check that the Schedule section is visible on the charger control page.
• Check whether the Type 2 connector has already been plugged into the vehicle.
• Open Start Time or End Time again and check the displayed selection before selecting OK.
