Package contents vary by Wallbox version. Before checking the box, confirm the power rating and product version on your order, packaging label or product label. Then compare the received items with the package list for that exact version.
Important: Do not use the package list for one Wallbox version to check another. Accessories may vary by power rating, charging connection, market or product version.
Check your Wallbox version
- Find the power rating and product version on your order or product label.
- Confirm that this information matches the Wallbox you ordered.
- Locate the package list supplied for that version.
- Place all items on a clean surface and compare them with the list.

Check the delivery
- Count each item and compare the quantity with the package list.
- Check the Wallbox, plug holder, RFID cards and installation parts for visible damage.
- Confirm that the product version matches your order.
- Keep the packaging, product label and order information until the check is complete.
If an item is missing, incorrect or visibly damaged, contact dé Customer Support at support@depow.com. Include your order number, product version, a photo of the packaging label and a photo showing all received items.
