Package contents vary by charger version. Before checking the box, confirm the charger power and plug type on your order, packaging label or product label. Then compare the items with the package list supplied for that exact version.
Important: Do not use the package list for one charger version to check a different version. Accessories may vary by power rating, plug type, market or product version.
Check your charger version
- Find the charger power and plug type on your order or product label.
- Check that this information matches the product you ordered.
- Locate the package list supplied for that version.
- Place all items on a clean surface and compare them with the list.

Check the delivery
- Count each separate item and compare the quantity with the package list.
- Check the charger, plug, connector, cables and accessories for visible damage.
- Confirm that the plug type matches your order.
- Keep the packaging, product label and order information until the check is complete.
If an item is missing, incorrect or visibly damaged, do not assume that another product version has the same contents. Contact dé Customer Support and provide your order number, product version, packaging-label photo and a photo showing all received items.
