Important: Do not use the package list for one DC Wallbox version to check another. Accessories and mounting parts may vary by power rating, market or product version.
Check your DC Wallbox version
- Find the power rating and product version on your order or product label.
- Confirm that this information matches the DC Wallbox you ordered.
- Locate the package list supplied for that version.
- Place the accessories and mounting parts on a clean surface for checking.

Check the delivery
- Count each item and compare the quantity with the package list.
- Check the main unit, cable hook, keys, SD card and RFID cards for visible damage.
- Count the M6 × 50 and M10 × 100 expansion screws separately.
- Confirm that the power rating and product version match your order.
- Keep the packaging, product label and order information until the check is complete.
