Current versions of dé portable AC chargers and AC wallboxes support app control. If you are unsure which product you have, check the product name and the information on its packaging or in its user manual.
Which dé chargers support app control?

Note: dé DC chargers support OCPP, but OCPP support does not mean that the charger can be controlled through the dé-supported mobile apps. App connectivity for DC chargers requires technical integration and is not currently available to users.
How to check your charger
- Check the product type. Look at the product name on the packaging or in the user manual. Identify whether it is a portable AC charger, an AC wallbox or a DC charger.
- Check for app information. Look on the packaging and in the user manual for a section marked App Control or Wi-Fi. If you find one of these sections, follow the instructions provided for your product.
- Contact dé Customer Support if you are still unsure. Prepare your product model and proof of purchase, such as the order number. Customer Support can use this information to check your product version.
What to do if your charger supports app control
