How to View Charging History in the App

To view charging history, open the charger in the app and select History at the bottom of the screen. The Charging records page shows the records currently available for that charger.

Open the charging records

1. Open the app and select the charger that you have already added.
2. Select History at the bottom of the screen.
3. Check that the Charging records tab is selected.
4. Review the charging records shown on the page.

Read a charging record

Each displayed record can include:

• Start time: the displayed year, month, day, hour and minute for the start of the record.
• End time: the displayed year, month, day, hour and minute for the end of the record.
• Duration: the total duration shown for the record.
• Charged energy: the energy value shown in kW·h.

Note: The values in the image are examples only. Your app will show the records available for your charger.

If no charging records are shown

• Check that you selected the correct charger in the app.
• Check that History is selected at the bottom of the screen.
• Check that the Charging records tab is open.
